Ashley Adamo is a board-certified Physician Associate dedicated to helping patients feel their best through a comprehensive, individualized approach to care. She earned her undergraduate degree from Campbell University in 2008 and completed her Physician Associate training at Methodist University in 2010. She remains certified through the NCCPA.

In 2018, Ashley and her partner, Jorge “Lu” Caceres, PA-C, founded All-American Weight Loss and Wellness. Since then, the practice has expanded to three locations, serving patients across the Fayetteville area.

Ashley’s clinical focus has evolved toward health optimization and longevity-based care, with an emphasis on medical weight loss, hormone therapy (BHRT and TRT), and a functional medicine approach that targets the root cause of symptoms rather than just treating them. She has completed advanced training through the BHRT Training Academy and is currently pursuing certification through Functional Medicine University.

In addition to these services, Ashley has been trained in aesthetic medicine since 2019, including Botox, dermal fillers, etc. She is currently expanding her availability for aesthetic services at the Ramsey Street location.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Bryan, and their four dogs. She loves being outdoors—whether at the mountains or the coast—and believes strongly in balancing physical, mental, and spiritual health. Denise Locklear is a Fayetteville, North Carolina native and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and the Methodist University PA Program, graduating in 2010. Since then, she has cared for patients throughout the Fayetteville area with experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, family medicine, pediatrics, and pain management.

Denise has a strong passion for health optimization and believes wellness should be approached comprehensively and individually. She has completed advanced training in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and focuses on helping patients improve energy, metabolism, body composition, hormonal balance, and overall quality of life through personalized care plans. Her approach emphasizes listening to each patient’s concerns, educating them on their health, and creating sustainable plans that support long-term wellness.

In addition to hormone and wellness services, Denise has completed advanced training on the Morpheus8 platform and continues expanding her aesthetic training and services.
